How to reschedule pickup on amazon

How to reschedule pickup on amzon.in ?
Last night I received an email about a vendor who was facing issue that the pickup was not done and the orders were getting canceled.
Here in this post I would show you how to reschedule the orders so that it does not get canceled, While in the mean time what you need to do if you are a new vendor to start pickup at your place.
  1. Login to your Amazon.in panel
  2. On the top right hand side you will find a search box.
  3. Please “Reschedule Pickup” in the box.
You will see the following option as shown in the image below.

Select the first option “reschedule pickup” option you will see a popup window as shown in the image below.

Here you will find the first option “Cancel and Reschedule Easy Ship Pickup ” Option in blue. Click on it and you will see the screen below.

In this screen you can see a highlighted button which shows “Reschedule/Cancel Pick UP”option please click on it and you will be redirected to a new window where you will see a form as show in the screen below.

I would request you to please fill in the form very carefully,
First select : Reschedule Pick up
Enter you registered email ID
Enter your tracking details : You will find this on the label which has 2 bar codes on it and the number is just below the top bar code and is also know as “AWB no”
When you scroll down you will find the other form is as below :

Here please select the day
Next please select the slot as available in your area. We have 2 pickup slots available between 10-1 and 1-4
Click on the Terms and conditions box and then enter the image in the captcha box and click submit and your order will be rescheduled for the next day and you will not be marked as late shipment as well will not get canceled.

While you do this I would request you to please check the lable with the 2 barcodes, It will have 2 addresses on it where in the top address will be of customer and the bottom address will be of the hub facility where you will have to take your parcel and ask the manager of the hub that the pickup is not being done from you address, Please check and schedule a person to complete the pickup.
While he will also give you the number of the concern person who is handling the pickup there and will come to collect the product, Once this is done your regular pickup will be done.
