For them the most important thing is their customers and their satisfaction rate, So what you need to mention in the plan is, For the products which you have received the claims, You need to edit their descriptions and mention that we have made changes to the descriptions of the products and now it clearly specifies what we are selling exactly to our customers, And in future we promise to prepare a proper description of our products which will well informative for the customers to buy and will get the same quality.
This is what you need to do when you receive this claim, Why will you and how will you improve the quality of the goods, this is a simple logic which can be applied which people while writing does not thing as they have been in sudden trauma of account suspension.
If you are a trader you are buying goods from someone else and you will deal in the same products, you cannot ask the person to change its quality. The manufacturer of that product is selling the goods and is selling fine in the market.
If you are the manufacturer you would have manufactured in quantity only a few customization good can be produced in a single form other wise all goods are manufactured in quantity.

So when you mention that we will improve the quality yes you will improve the quality but what will you do for the current product or the current sale which you have, You will sell the same product again and then again you will be facing the same customer dis satisfaction issues.
